Terms of Service
General
-Provide references and clear description on the subject to avoid miscommunication.
-In the sketching phase, collaboration and good communication is required.
-A maximum of 3 changes are allowed in the final phase (rendering) of the commission.
Deadlines and Delivery
-Turn around time for the initial Sketch/ Concept is 3-5 days.
- Changes and redraws from initial feedback may reset the initial TAT depending on the complexity of the redraw.
- Final Rendered Illustration will take 1-2 weeks depending on the complexity.
Payment
- I will only accept payment after the Illustration is finished.
- All transactions will be made in Paypal.
- An invoice will be sent after the Fully Rendered Illustration is finished.
-Fully rendered Illustration will be released after the payment is fulfilled. This includes the Illustration without watermark + Sketches and additional image/artworks made during the Art process.
Usage
-Basic payment only covers personal use.
-For commercial use, default price would be twice the basic pricing. Price may defer depending on the complexity and usage of the art.
-I will post the commissioned work on my social media with proper credits, labelled and watermarked as "Commissioned". Please let me know otherwise for reasons and I will opt out on posting the Artwork.
-I do not consent on the use of any of my Artwork for AI or AI research.
